In selling our parents’ home, it could have been incredibly stressful and confusing, but Dean provided our family his support and guidance from the beginning to the sale of the property. Dean helped me both purchase and sell a condo. He was very knowledgeable of the area, and also had a wealth of knowledge when it came to the accounting side as well. (Small fun fact - he used to be an accountant) I'm just very happy to get to work with him. Dean is high quality! Treats you like royalty and always looking out for your best interest while being honest and trustworthy. Hard to find guys like that these days in today's competitive market. Whenever I had a question or request, he was on it and did everything he could for me when he helped me successfully sell my home. Dean is also very connected and knowledgeable of the housing markets. He even has his own podcast and Youtube channel to help update and educate others for free. Dean is an amazing real estate agent! He helped walk me through the step by step process of selling my home. The paperwork can be a little daunting with lots of unknown vocabulary but he always patiently explained things and helped me to understand what needed to be done! He also helped coordinate all my vendors, cleaners, painters and repairmen to get the property presentable. I didn't have to lift a finger to hunt for reliable people it all came as a package deal with him. It's comforting knowing Dean already has a team of reliable vendors that will do an excellent job. He also staged my property so well my parents didn't even recognize the place. It really added a nice touch to the open house and helped with a quick sale! Our family would often think about the "what if scenarios" of upgrading our lives to a new home, but the prospect of actually following through always dissipated due to our lack of knowing the real estate market. We weren't sure what our current home would really sell for, how would we even begin the process if we wanted to proceed, and if there be any desirable homes available for us to purchase if we sold ours. There was stress, anxiety and uncertainty. Dean was there to calm, explain and provide answers. There are many instances and examples that we can provide of what Dean has done for us. One important and even a bit funny story that we still laugh about is the time we decided to remove the closet liner on eve of final inspection. When we discovered the liner was stuck on the shelves , we started to panic. Dean promptly drove over late in the evening with a bucket, gloves and cleaning solution to help us. In the end, the closet ended up looking great. In retrospect, we could have hired him to do the final cleaning! At the end of all the craziness and stress of cleaning, moving and filing the paperwork, it was worth it. We are now very happy and settled in our new home and hope the family that purchased ours are too.
