In order for you to be eligible to purchase, you must meet certain requirements.  You must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident alien, a Resident of the State of Hawai’i, At least 18 years of age, Buyer and Spouse must not have majority interest in a principal residence within the last three years, you will be an owner-occupant during the regulated period, and you have never purchased reserved housing before.
